CAD Manager (Garment)

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an CAD Manager (Garment, 2000 USD, ID-18174):

• Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 10 staff members, including pattern makers, sample developers, and technical improvement specialists.

• Oversee the creation, adjustment, and approval of patterns to meet customer specifications and production feasibility.

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of samples and technical packages for export orders.

• UtilizeOptitexandClo3Dsoftware to develop digital patterns and 3D garment simulations.

• Collaborate closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to optimize product development and improve workflow.

• Maintain high standards of quality, fit, and compliance with U.S. market requirements.

• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for CAD team members.

• Report regularly to senior management on departmental performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or related fields.

• Minimum5 years of experiencein a similar managerial role within garment manufacturing companies focused onknitwear for export.

• Proficient in Optitex and Clo3Dsoftware (mandatory).

• Solid experience working withU.S. export orders, including understanding of technical standards and customer expectations.

• Fluent in Englishacross all four skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
