What You’ll Do

Own the Problem Space & Monitor Data Anomalies: Architect user empathy by monitoring Power BI and Pancake to proactively identify usage drop-offs and onboarding or paywall friction. Analyze tickets, databases, and chat logs to define definitive, user-centric Problem Statements, maintaining a pristine backlog prioritized by "Problem Space" vs "Solution Space."
Bridge Growth & Tech via Co-Design: Serve as the translation engine between Growth and Tech. Facilitate cross-departmental "Co-Design" sessions during sprint planning to ensure absolute alignment, turning abstract business opportunities and user pain points into precise technical requirements.
Scope High-Velocity MVPs & Document Journeys: Collaborate with product squads to scope lean, high-velocity Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Write detailed Product Backlog Items (PBIs), user stories, and edge-case specifications while documenting end-to-end user journeys, system integrations, and behavioral retention triggers.
Validate Solution Value & Analyze Trade-offs: Protect platform integrity by designing and enforcing rigorous multi-ring User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that features improve core metrics post-launch. Present data-backed, objective trade-off analyses to the Head of Growth and Head of Tech when balancing engineering capacity against business priorities.

What You Bring to the Team

Experience & Expertise: 3-4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Systems Analyst. You possess advanced knowledge and proven expertise in modern business analysis methodologies, system mapping, and requirements engineering.
Technical & System Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of IT systems, software architectures, database structures, and platform integrations (APIs, third-party ecosystems).
Core Competencies:
- Analytical Rigor & Problem-Solving: Advanced capability to break down complex systems, spot data anomalies, isolate root causes, and scope high-velocity MVPs.
- Execution Discipline: Absolute attention to detail in your documentation - including the ability to author and maintain all technical specs, PRDs, and project artifacts in Markdown, paired with strong organizational and agile project management skills to push tickets through tight bi-weekly sprints.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: A strong collaborative spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment and operates under the philosophy that "the next team is your customer."
- Language Proficiency: Fluent, professional communication skills, both written and spoken, in both Vietnamese and English.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Domain Experience: Prior experience working as a BA within fast-paced B2C/D2C SaaS platforms, digital marketplaces, or highly transactional digital environments.
- AI Industry Knowledge: Direct experience or foundational understanding of generative AI systems, natural language processing (NLP), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (STT), or conversational AI frameworks.
- Modern Tool Stack: Active capability in leveraging AI Agents, LLMs, or automated prompt workflows to optimize your daily BA workflows, requirement discovery, and testing validations. Comfortable with AI-assisted rapid prototyping ("vibe coding") to build small products or feature mockups for UI/UX testing and validation before finalizing requirements.
- Professional Credentials: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO).

3P Salary: Competitive base starting from 17,000,000 VND/month+++ (Based on profile and experience).
