【Job Summary】
- Responsible for acting as a bridge between clients and the development team, ensuring accurate communication of project requirements.

- Understand and accurately communicate project requirements and specifications to the team.
- Attend meetings and discussions with clients directly or via calls, chats, or emails.
- Manage projects/teams to ensure timely project releases.
- Test projects to ensure quality before release.

- Graduated from universities majoring in IT/Mathematics & Informatics.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing web systems using PHP.
- At least 2 years of experience as a BrSE for software projects with Japanese clients.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in software development phases (from requirement gathering).
- Fluent in Japanese (N2 or higher)
- Ability to self-learn new technologies and technical skills.
- Passionate about Japanese culture and willing to work long-term in Japan.
- Detail-oriented and highly responsible in work.
