Responsibilities:

Architecture Design:
- Define the overall software architecture for our products, considering scalability, performance, security, and future extensibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Mentor and coach engineers in best practices and software design principles.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
System Integration:
- Design and oversee the integration of software components and third-party systems.
- Ensure seamless communication and data flow between different parts of the system.
Performance Optimization:
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges.
- Implement performance optimization strategies and conduct code reviews.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, design patterns, and technical specifications.
- Document architectural decisions and rationale.
Risk Assessment:
- Identify potential technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Conduct architectural reviews to ensure compliance with design guidelines.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of proven experience as a Software Architect or similar role.
Strong expertise in the following programming languages:
- Golang
- Python
- Java
- JavaScript
Proficiency in multiple technologies and tools relevant to software architecture and development.
- Technologies:
  - Database management systems
  - Cloud computing platforms
  - RESTful API design and implementation
  - Serverless computing
  - Continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools
  - Monitoring and logging solutions
  - Agile project management and collaboration tools
- Development Methodologies:
  - Agile methodologies
  - Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
  - Code versioning and branching strategies
Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture is a plus.
Strong understanding of database design and data modeling.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Profound knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Performance Tuning: Proven ability to optimize application and database performance, including query optimization, load balancing, and resource utilization.
- DevOps Practices: Strong familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, collaborating closely with DevOps teams to streamline development, deployment, and monitoring processes.
- Testing Frameworks: Expertise in implementing comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, using relevant testing frameworks.
- Code Review: A track record of promoting a culture of code review to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Proficiency in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) for scalable and reliable deployments.
- Caching Strategies: Ability to implement effective caching strategies (e.g., Redis, Memcached) to enhance application performance and reduce latency.
- Concurrency and Parallelism: Thorough understanding of concurrency models and techniques to optimize system performance and resource utilization.
- Security: Expertise in implementing robust security measures, including encryption, authentication, and authorization, to protect data and systems from threats.
- Microservices: Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain microservices-based solutions that enhance scalability, modularity, and fault tolerance.
- Design Patterns: Proficiency in applying industry-standard design patterns to solve architectural challenges and promote code maintainability and extensibility.
