Airline Staff

• Receive and process passenger reservation and ticketing.

• Assist conduct passenger section marketing.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints and claims.

• Other jobs related to passenger department as directed by the managers.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

• Dynamic, enthusiastic & work well in team.

• Good in communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in spoken and written Vietnamese and English. Priority to candidates with strong verbal communication skills and writing in Mandarin.

• MS office knowledge (PC and Microsoft Software)

• Have a knowledge of digital marketing as well as all leading social media platforms.

• Prefer who can start training immediately.
