Training & Working Roadmap:

Training: 48-month training program in Xiamen, China
Career map: Upon graduating, you will continue your long-term journey working with HAECO Vietnam.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical, etc.).
Good English proficiency, both spoken and written.
Strong technical curiosity, logical thinking, and passion for aviation.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and safety awareness.
Willingness to commit to the Trainee Program in Xiamen, China for 48 months.

Intensive 48-month training program in Xiamen, China.
Valuable practical experience in job rotations across major areas including Base Maintenance, Line Maintenance.
Upon gaining sufficient licence, you will become a certifier to release registered aircraft of Vietnam to service.
FULL Salary and living expenses covered during training course.
Trainee Monthly Salary: 16.000.000 VND.
Housing & Meal: provided by HAECO.
Attendance allowance: 1.700.000 VND/month.
Laundry allowance: 1.700.000 VND/month.
13th-month salary bonus.
Full salary package insurance.
