Execute and optimize affiliate campaigns across TikTok Shop and Shopee to maximize GMV, CTR, CVR, and overall campaign performance.
Build affiliate growth strategies by identifying campaign opportunities, recommending suitable creators, and driving sales performance.
Coordinate creator content production, including short-form videos and livestreams, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with campaign objectives.
Analyze affiliate and content performance, providing actionable insights and optimization plans to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Collaborate with brands, TikTok Affiliate Partners (TAPs), platforms, and internal teams to maximize campaign effectiveness and platform resources.
Source, onboard, and develop a network of KOLs, KOCs, and Creators to expand the affiliate ecosystem.
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, providing day-to-day support to maximize campaign performance and long-term collaboration.
Prepare and manage creator-related documentation, including contracts, bookings, campaign records, acceptance reports, and other operational documents.
Monitor affiliate market trends, creator performance, and competitor activities to identify new business and content opportunities.

1-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Management, Booking, or related roles. Experience at an MCN, TAP, E-commerce Agency, or Creator Agency is a plus.
Good understanding of TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, and the Creator ecosystem.
Familiar with TikTok and Shopee content trends, livestreams, and affiliate campaign operations.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with creators, brands, and internal teams.
Able to analyze campaign performance using metrics such as GMV, CTR, and CVR to identify improvement opportunities.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
