- Team leadership: Mentor and guide a team of artists, provide clear direction, manage workloads, and foster professional growth.
- Art direction: Define and uphold the game's visual style, create graphic ideas, and ensure the final 3D art meets the project's artistic and technical standards.
- Asset and pipeline management: Oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of all 3D assets, including characters, environments, and props, while managing the asset pipeline from start to finish.
- Collaboration and communication: Work closely with producers, project managers, and developers to align on project goals, timelines, and technical constraints.
- Technical expertise: Ensure art assets are technically sound and optimized for the game engine, and stay current with engine features and industry best practices.
[Important] Working time: 7 am - 4 pm Mon - Fri and Sat every other week
( holidays according to the Japanese calendar, not on Vietnamese holidays )

1. Leadership: 3-5 years of experience as a project leader (manage and train employees, guarantee quality).
2. Skills:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in game engine (unity or unreal engine) (accept freelancer experience)
- More than 2 years of experience in producing 3D models and directing 3D model production (guaranteed quality) (accept freelancer experience)
‐ Knowledge and experience related to the 3D graphics production process (Modelling - Rigging - Skinning) (accept freelancer experience)
- Experience participating in meetings with customers (experience participating in meetings related production of 3D Assets)
3. Styles:
- Have the Japanese anime style in producing 3D models (such as Kimetsu No Yaiba, Boku no Hero Academia,..) (accept freelancer experience)
- Understand and love Japanese culture, and love watching anime
- Age: 28 - 40
- Gas allowance, parking fee
- Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance)
- Support monthly intimate party fee, consider incentives when bringing results in work
