Restaurant Supervisor/ Bar Supervisor is generally accountable for all of the daily Beer garden function operations at Wink property. Additionally, Restaurant Supervisor/ Bar Supervisor’s focusses are including overseeing the inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment. This role is also assisting the Area Operations Manager to do the recruitment, manage team members, as well as provide on the job training according to Wink standards.

Restaurant Supervisor/ Bar Supervisor is also the person in-charge of the F&B function operations during her/his shift reporting directly to the Area Operations manager and needs to provide cross - functional support to the Wink team.
