Job Description

• Provide after-sales services including system setup, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.

• Install, commission, calibrate, test and troubleshoot related systems both onsite and remotely.

• Offer technical advice and support to the sales team when needed.

• Conduct technical training, demonstrations and customer support for local and overseas clients, as well as Quantel subsidiaries.

• Assist in managing spare parts and materials.

• Prepare service quotations and perform other tasks assigned by the Service Manager.

Working Locations: Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Tinh

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in the Semiconductor, Electronics, or Technical Service field — however, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

• Responsible, willing to travel frequently.

• Able to work both independently and in a team.

• Good communication skills and proficiency in English or Chinese.
