[Urgent] Installation & Service Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Frequent travel and on-site work at client construction sites, depending on project requirements (typically 3–6 months; some projects may extend up to 12 months). Supervision & Management of Installation Site for Automated Machines • Install AS/RS or Conveyor systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Commissioning) • Supervise subcontractor workers on site (introduction training, job assignments, safety management) • Conduct meetings with customers, report construction progress, and negotiate project handover • Manage installation schedules After-Sales Service for Existing Customers • Perform preventative inspections for AS/RS or Conveyor systems • Replace parts (motors, inverters, sensors, etc.) • Troubleshoot issues (on-call support, on-site support, root cause reporting to customers, coordination with internal teams) Documentation & Quotation for After-Sales Service • Prepare quotations, contracts, and inspection reports • Order parts and issue invoices • Create proposal documents for inspections and spare parts sales

• Passion for working with machines, willingness to work on site or travel for business trips
• Strong problem-solving skills; enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn, positive thinker, highly responsible, and team-oriented
• English proficiency is required
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in fields such as electrical installation, production line operation, or maintenance for lifts, elevators, escalators, etc.
