UI/UX Lead

ABOUT THE PRODUCT:
The Visit Vietnam is a national-level project designed to transform Vietnam’s tourism industry. At its core is the National Tourism Platform (NTP) – a data-driven, blockchain-powered system that ensures trusted reviews, empowers businesses, and enhances traveler experiences.
This is a chance to design the end-to-end user experience of a nationwide platform that will be used by millions of tourists and thousands of businesses.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
• Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web platforms (public directory, B2B portal, dashboards)
• Design “proof-of-visit” QR code experiences that are simple and seamless for customers
• Build and maintain a comprehensive design system & style guide for visual consistency
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate designs
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Engineers to ensure user-centered solutions
• Champion a user-first mindset across the entire project team

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of complex web applications
• At least 2 years in a lead design role
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design
• Experience building and managing design systems
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, typography, and color
• Experience in user research and usability testing
Nice to Have:
• Experience designing data-heavy platforms or dashboards
• Background in both B2C and B2B applications
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and frontend development principles
