UI/UX Designer

• Design UI/UX for web and mobile applications based on business and project requirements.
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and visual / interaction guidelines.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and BAs to translate requirements into user-centered designs.
• Prepare multilingual (KO / EN / VI) UI layouts and localize screen text, labels, and popups.
• Conduct design QA and ensure visual consistency across all delivered screens.
• Participate in requirements definition and design effort (M/D) estimation.

• 3+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience for web and mobile products.
• Proficiency with Figma (primary) and Adobe tools (XD / Photoshop / Illustrator).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Strong visual design skills — layout, typography, color, spacing, and iconography.
• Ability to produce design documentation and developer handoff specifications.

Preferred:

• Experience designing enterprise / admin dashboard systems (ITSM / ERP / SM style).
• Familiarity with frontend implementation (HTML / CSS, Tailwind, React) for realistic handoff.
• Experience with design-to-code handoff tools such as Figma Dev Mode or Zeplin.
• Experience with responsive multi-device and multilingual (i18n) design.
• Prototyping / motion design and usability testing experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped web and mobile products.
