Source and negotiate competitive cost solutions within assigned product categories in support of the company’s go-to-market strategy promptly.
Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.
Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.
Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing.
Build and maintain supplier relationships and provide insight into supplier performance; may include maintaining additional supplier contacts & capabilities beyond the Preferred published list.
Utilize product knowledge to provide alternative product solutions or recommendations in competitive situations or when a functional equivalent is permitted.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or a related field is required.
Minimum 1 year of sourcing, manufacturing, operations, or business/commercial experience with progressive increases in responsibility and contribution required.
Strong negotiation skills with good communication and relationship skills (internal clients, external suppliers).
Fluent in English.
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management and relevant software.
Good understanding of Legal fundamentals as relates to contracts and Regulatory requirements.
High level of understanding of Supply Chain fundamentals and the integration with Sourcing.
High ethical standards, ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities.
