- Research and analyze the market, travel trends and needs of customers, especially independent travel groups, friends and families.
- Build creative and attractive tourism products, including:
+ Experience tours (Emphasizing unique elements and closeness to the destination's culture, nature, and lifestyle).
+ Combo tours (Flexible combination of air tickets, hotels, and other travel services at competitive prices).
+ Individual travel services (Entrance tickets, pick-up and drop-off services, tour guides, and other convenient services).
2. Product Management:
- Product pricing, developing attractive promotion and incentive policies.
- Coordinate with other departments (marketing, sales, suppliers) to deploy products to customers.
- Monitor and evaluate product effectiveness, and adjust to increase business performance.
3. Building partnerships:
- Work closely with service providers (hotels, airlines, restaurants, suppliers).
- Negotiate, establish, and maintain sustainable cooperative relationships with domestic and foreign suppliers.
4. Team Management
- Build and develop the product department staff, ensuring effective coordination at work.
- Train and inspire the team about trends and thinking in developing creative travel products.
