Role Purpose:
Leads, drives and coordinates all change management, transformation and communication activities relating to the project – supporting the OpCo Transition Manager and wider project team with the execution of these activities. May already be operating as the OpCo Transformation Lead.
Reports to the OpCo Transition Manager.
Role & Responsibilities:
Is the key point of contact for all change management, transformation and communication activities.
Has the confidence of the Local MT to be able to lead change and transformation activities at all levels and across all workstreams.
Works with the Regional DBB Change & Communication manager to implement the standard materials from the transition toolkit in a way that will fit with the OpCo culture and operations.
Manages local communication moments to bring the right level of OpCo understanding and interaction to ensure a successful project delivery.
Skills & Experience:
Work experience: 5-8 years
Demonstrated experience
Change & Communication environment – with a stronger emphasis on the change management required to deliver such a transformation.
Solid experience of project management activities and able to match these to different communication opportunities.
Other fields of expertise
Has a good working knowledge of the OpCo with a strong network which can be activated to help build a change community.
Other skills
A team player, who works collaboratively and delivers through others.
Comfortable working within a clearly defined framework and someone who follows the rules to deliver high quality results.
