Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

Trading & Profit and Loss (P&L) Management
Actively develop and execute commercial business strategies for assigned agricultural commodities (e.g., nuts and dried fruits).
Execute physical back-to-back purchase and sales contracts to secure and optimize profit margins.
Utilize financial derivatives (hedging) to manage and mitigate price risks.
Market Development & Partnerships
Maintain and expand the current large network of reputable international clients of SVC.
Market Analysis & Trade Execution
Continuously monitor and analyze microeconomic and macroeconomic factors impacting global commodity markets (such as supply & demand, weather, policies, logistics, etc.).
Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth, seamless, and timely order execution.
Strictly monitor cash flow and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure clients settle payments on time.
Proactively and professionally resolve any customer issues, claims, or complaints.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Experience
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role (Trader, Sales) within the agricultural export sector (with preference given to candidates experienced in nuts and dried fruits).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Trading, Freight Forwarding, or Import-Export operations.
Note: While experienced candidates are preferred, fresh graduates demonstrating a strong learning attitude and a high determination to grow are also encouraged to apply.
Knowledge & Skills
Sharp Commercial Acumen: Market-savvy, data-driven, and capable of making sound, rapid decisions under pressure.
Excellent Negotiation & Communication: Strong persuasion skills, with the ability to build trust and negotiate complex commercial terms.
Language Proficiency: Complete fluency in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is mandatory for international trade.
Analysis & Risk Management: Solid understanding of market analysis, international trade, export-import processes, Incoterms, payment methods, and price risk management principles.
Tech Savviness: Proficient in MS Office and relevant business applications.
Teamwork: Strong team player with the capability to operate independently.
