Responsible for planning and executing through Agency for sampling activities in supermarkets, as specified in the Marketing Plan and in accordance with Company strategies & guidelines. To manage sampling activities within the advertising & promotion budget.
To develop and implement the Trade & Consumer promotion plan for the assigned products within marketing the budget limits.
To manage POSM quantity.
To contact and liaise with suppliers for POSM quotation, mock-up, delivery timelines, etc.
To monitor and analyze sell-out and sell-in data per region/team weekly to ensure the smooth implementation and successful execution of brand programs.
To conduct market research projects both through external parties as well as own observations during field visits.
To liaise with authorities to get approval for implementing marketing activities (promotion, sampling campaigns…).
To work side-by-side with Sales Department in developing product display, merchandising & point of sales materials and selling tools.
To perform other related duties as assigned – exhibition/events, etc.
Others work as assigned by Line Manager.

University graduated, major in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Business administration, other related disciplines. Good command of English.
At least 1 year experience at the same position in FMCG.
Able to work under pressure.
Good numeric skill.
Good teamwork & communication with other departments.
Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills.
