Chi Tiết Công Việc

Coordinate meetings, calendars, reminders, and department schedules.
Arrange meetings with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items after meetings.
Follow up with stakeholders on pending tasks, approvals, and deadlines.
Support technology department administration, documents, trackers, and reports.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Admin, Procurement, and other teams on department requests.
Support team meetings, workshops, onboarding coordination, and other department activities.

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Management, Information Systems, Technology Management, or related fields.
Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
Able to work with multiple stakeholders and follow up professionally.
Good skills in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
Interest in technology, eCommerce, or business operations is a plus.

Internship allowance: 3.600.000 gross.
Opportunity to work directly with the Head of Technology, gaining insights into both Tech and business operations.
