- Design and supervise the development of new amusement facilities.
- Coordinate and oversee construction activities to ensure schedules and technical standards.
- Check project progress, monitor KPIs, and report project status to stakeholders.
- Manage construction projects from the beginning to the end.
- Ensure projects are executed as planned, meeting quality commitments with producers.
- Collaborate with relevant teams (design, production, HR, marketing, sales) to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Manage and control project budgets, including cost estimation and monitoring expenditures.
- Manage risks and challenges during project implementation.
- Ensure all necessary permits and legal approvals are secured.
- Other tasks assigned by a manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Construction, or Civil Engineering
- English: Upper-intermediate
- Having more than 10 years of experience in real estate development companies.
