Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs, candidate profiles, recruitment priorities, and hiring timelines.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, CV screening, initial interviews, interview coordination, candidate assessment, reference checks, offer preparation, and pre-onboarding follow-up.
Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, professional networks, referrals, events, and other relevant channels.
Build and maintain talent pipelines, particularly for technology and specialized positions.
Ensure a professional, timely, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment records, and reports.
Monitor key recruitment indicators, including time to fill, candidate sources, offer acceptance rate, and hiring status.
Coordinate with headhunters, recruitment agencies, universities, job platforms, and other external partners.
Support employer branding initiatives and prepare recruitment content for the company website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and job platforms.
Participate in career fairs, university programs, recruitment events, and technology community activities.
Internal Communications and Employee Engagement, 10%
Prepare internal announcements, newsletters, event communications, and other HR-related content.
Maintain internal communication channels and ensure information is communicated clearly and consistently.
Plan and coordinate internal events and employee engagement activities that strengthen company culture and employee connection.
Collect employee feedback and propose practical improvements.
Training and Employee Development, 10%
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Review and improve onboarding materials in cooperation with relevant departments.
Follow up with new employees and managers during the probation period.
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating internal or external training programs.
Maintain training schedules, attendance records, feedback, and related documentation.
Evaluate training feedback and recommend improvements.
Labor Relations and HR Support, 10%
Support employment documentation and employee lifecycle procedures, including probation, contract renewal, transfer, and offboarding.
Respond to routine employee questions regarding HR policies, internal rules, benefits, and employment procedures.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and internal labor regulations.
Coordinate with the HR team and relevant managers in handling employee concerns and maintaining positive labor relations.
Ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of employee and candidate information.
Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager or Backoffice Leader.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the technology, software, or professional services industry.
Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment for specialist and experienced-level positions.
Proven ability to source passive candidates and build sustainable talent pipelines.
Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and external recruitment partners.
Experience in employer branding, internal communications, onboarding, training, or employee relations is an advantage.
Good command of English for work-related communication, including emails, reports, interviews, and meetings.
Japanese language ability is an advantage but not mandatory.
