Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

Search, identify and evaluate potential international suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability and other relevant criteria.
Conduct supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms for the procurement of goods and materials
Manage end to end import process, including coordinating with logistics providers, customs brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure on time delivery and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Track order progress, check shipping documents from the Shipper
Co-operate with shipper, end user and customs broker to identify HS code
Create payment request following - work with Accounting to provide sufficient payment documents
Monitor supplier performance, resolve any issues and maintain effective communication channels to address concerns and maintain strong relationships
Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing strategies to drive efficiency, reduce costs and enhance product quality
Maintain accurate and up to date records of supplier contracts, pricing agreement and other relevant documentation
Stay updated on international trade regulations, tariffs and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to legal
Collaborate with others team to forecast demand, manage inventory levels and end sure timely availability of goods.
* Working time: 5 days/week (7:30 - 16:30)

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Bachelor Degree in major of Foreign Trade/Business Administration/Import - Export, or related fields
- GPA equal 6.4 or up
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices
- Communicate well in English
- Problem solving, communication, negotiation and data analysis
