Substrate MLO Design Engineer

• Analyze and implement Substrate MLO designs based on customer specifications and requirements.

• Collaborate closely with SI/PI engineers, PCB designers, and mechanical engineers to optimize component placement, layer stack-up, routing priorities, and copper plane distribution.

• Communicate directly with customers to address inquiries and clarify requirements.

• Coordinate with fabrication vendors to verify DFM specifications and ensure design compatibility with manufacturing capabilities.

• Prepare and generate documentation, including Gerber files, schematics, BOMs, and related design outputs.

• Work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve relevant technical or process-related issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics, ...

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
