Sourcing Staff (Senior Level)

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to meet the company’s quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

• Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize costs and ensure long-term partnerships.

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company goals and global standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, and UK Team) to ensure supply chain efficiency.

• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and improve sourcing processes.

• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and company policies.

• Prepare sourcing reports and provide insights to support decision-making for senior management.

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sourcing or supply chain management (Manufacturing industry preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency
• Sourcing & Negotiation (cost optimization, supplier contracts)
• Analytical Skills (data analysis, supplier evaluation)
• Project Management (multi-project handling, deadlines).
• Technical Skills (purchasing software, advanced MS Excel).
