Social Content Executive

Content Creation: Develop creative video content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, etc.), with a focus on engaging and authentic visuals. This includes appearing on-screen as part of the content.
Video Production: Work directly with cameraman and editing tools to shoot, edit, and finalize video content for social media.
Content Ideation: Brainstorm and conceptualize fresh, engaging ideas that resonate with our target audience.
Basic Editing: Use basic video editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut) to edit and enhance social video content. Proficiency in these tools is a plus but not required.
Social Media Management: Develope Upload and manage content across social platforms, ensuring consistency in quality and brand messaging.
Analytics: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to understand audience preferences and optimize content for better engagement and reach.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall brand and campaign objectives.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Creativity and confidence in front of the camera are essential.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and how video content drives engagement.
Familiarity with simple editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a passion for storytelling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Proven experience in video production and content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Knowledge of SEO and how it applies to social media, familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
