Drive revenue growth and expand Better HR's HRM & Payroll solutions across the Vietnam market.
Consult businesses on the most suitable HR solutions, guiding them throughout the sales cycle from discovery to deal closure.
Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
Build, manage, and develop a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable business growth.

2–3 years of experience in Sales/ Consulting; experience in SaaS, Education, or related industries is highly preferred.
Good English communication skills
Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and execute an effective sales plan.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to grow.
