Work and brainstorm with Planner, Account, Art to implement IMC/Digital IMC Proposal.
Lead the ideation process and develop creative concepts, campaign messages, and content angles.
Be responsible for copywriting and creative output across campaign materials, social content, digital assets, video scripts, activation ideas and other communication touchpoints.
Create content for multiple platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Threads, community groups, websites, landing pages and other digital channels.
Professionally presenting ideas and concepts in the team and to clients.
Stay updated with social trends, digital behaviors, content formats and cultural moments to create relevant and engaging ideas.
Review, supervise and support Junior Levels to improve content quality and creative thinking.
Manage assigned tasks effectively and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced agency environment.

Working experience at least 3 years.
Strong ability to develop creative ideas from strategy, insight and communication objectives.
Good writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, content styles and audience behaviors.
Active on social media and sensitive to trends, conversations and cultural movements.
Ability to write with clear intention, purpose and brand relevance.
Good presentation skills and confidence in sharing ideas with internal teams and clients.
Strong teamwork, self-management and time-management skills.
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
Positive attitude when working with colleagues, partners and clients.
Experience in a Creative/Digital agency is an advantage.
A portfolio of previous creative works or campaigns is required.
