JOB PURPOSE

This role will implement employee compensation and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal regulations both local and international standard. Handle salary calculations, benefits administration, social insurance, and personal income tax for both local and international employees. Implement and support HR projects to enhance overall HR processes and employee satisfaction

JOB DETAILS

1. Salary, Bonus, and Benefits Management:

  • Calculate and process salaries, bonuses, and allowances for local and international employees.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and company policies.

2. Social Insurance Management:

  • Register and update social insurance for employees.
  • Prepare and submit social insurance reports and handle related claims and benefits.

3. Personal Income Tax:

  • Calculate monthly and annual personal income tax (PIT) deductions and finalize PIT reports.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and address related employee inquiries.

4. Employment Contract and Data Management:

  • Draft, review, and manage employment contracts for new hires, existing employees, and contract renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records of employment contracts, amendments, and other HR-related data.

5. HR Project Implementation:

  • Lead HR projects aimed at improving compensation, benefits, and overall HR processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new HR initiatives and systems.
  • Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and make recommendations for enhancements.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • Min 05 years working experiences in C&B
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compensation, benefits, social insurance, tax regulations, and employment contracts.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Have knowledge in Project management is an advantage
  • English: Able to communicate well with foreigner and good at writing

  • Competitive salary package: from 800 – 1200 USD Gross/month
  • 13th month bonus based on company policy
  • Company incentive bonus based on company performances

  • Working time from Monday to Friday from 8.30 – 18:00 (Lunch break 90 minus)
