Senior Business Analyst

Our company is in the process of developing and enhancing a hotel management software system withincreasing scalability and integration requirements. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst whocan strategically define business requirements, optimize processes, and lead the team in digitaltransformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior stakeholders to identify and clarify complex business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and evaluate business needs, then propose feasible technology solutions to optimize the current system.
• Develop and manage detailed business documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project-related information.
• Provide process improvement recommendations and leverage advanced data analytics to measure business performance.
• Support, mentor, and guide the BA team while collaborating with relevant departments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in strategic decision-making, contributing to product development direction and enhancing customer experience.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or large-scale management software projects.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in business requirement analysis, system evaluation, and optimization.
• Experience in project management and strategic business planning.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or other relevant Business Analysis certifications.
• Experience in digital transformation projects or large-scale enterprise solutions.
