Mô tả công việc:

  • Receive, organize, and maintain both physical and electronic payment documents, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and easily retrievable.
  • Manage document filing systems, identify gaps or risks, and continuously improve filing processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Review, consolidate, and verify large volumes of payment and accounting documents, ensuring accuracy and minimizing errors.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate vendor information, support sales contract administration, and route documents for approval and signature.
  • Monitor administrative and payment processes to ensure deadlines and team KPIs are achieved.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement simple automation or process enhancements to increase efficiency.
  • Participate in hands-on training and continuously develop knowledge related to administrative and payment operations.
  • Support ad hoc projects and perform other duties assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Sales Administration, or administrative operations involving high-volume documentation.
  • Proven experience handling large volumes of documents, including contracts, invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents, with the ability to process approximately 150–200 document sets per month accurately and on time.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to consolidate, track, and maintain large datasets accurately.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results with minimal supervision while managing multiple deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes and suggest practical solutions, including basic automation initiatives.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop, with potential to take on Team Lead responsibilities in the future.
