Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager and Salespeople to join our team at Autonics Vina. These roles will involve contributing to expanding the distribution volumes and influence of Autonics Brand on the market in Southern Vietnam. Moreover, these roles are conducive to growing the company with collaboration not only with customers but also with other departments to maximize satisfaction with all partners. 1. Maintaining existing customers and developing new customers for sales opportunities.
2. In charge of specific FA items and being a specialist to understand and support market inquiry and demand.
3. Execute sales & marketing activities that align with company strategy in order to achieve sales target.
4. Keep track of new projects in terms of market demands and suggest new automation solutions to support customers’ efficiency.
5. Report to the manager regarding action plan and result.
6. Cooperation with FA partners such as System integrators, OEM machinery, Market dealers, and end users.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical sales (Automation product sales)
• Bachelor's in Electrical, Electronics, Automation & Mechatronics or equivalent
• Preferred Driver’s license holder (Automobile).
• Experience in Industrial Machines, Automation system designs, or Solutions (Sensors & Controllers) is highly preferred
• Excellent Sales skills
• Language, computer, and other skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent English skill is preferred : An English CV is necessary.
