???? Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets
???? Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
???? Conduct market research, gather market intelligence, and identify new business opportunities
???? Prepare quotations, presentations, and sales proposals
???? Manage market surveys, sales budgets, and promotional activities
???? Regularly visit customers to understand their business needs and provide suitable solutions
???? Develop business in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City markets (based in Hanoi)
???? Coordinate orders and work closely with customers, suppliers, and logistics providers
???? Collaborate with internal departments such as Customer Service and Accounting to address customer requirements
???? Monitor sales performance, accounts receivable (AR), inventory movement, and sales budgets
???? Develop new business opportunities and provide product-related information
???? Perform other duties assigned by the Manager
⏰ Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
???? Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
???? At least 2 years of business development or sales experience in Hanoi
???? Strong personal network with Chinese and Taiwanese clients in Hanoi
???? English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above
???? Native Taiwanese Mandarin speaker
???? Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
???? Experience in the plastics industry is an advantage
???? Bonus twice a year (last year's actual payment: approximately 2.8 months' salary)
