JOB OVERVIEW:
- Managing Business with Chinese Customers
- Cooperate with Headquarter, Factory to develop new projects in Vietnam
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Handling direct/indirect customer account
- Set sales targets and forecasts based on market trends and company goals
- Explore, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance client experience
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts.
- Use CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track key metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Adjust sales strategies based on market intelligence.
- Work closely with product development, marketing, and finance teams to align sales goals.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of plastic materials and products (e.g. ABS-MABS, PC-PC/ABS, PCR, EP, engineering plastics), and knowledge of technical specifications, sourcing standards, and environmental regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH, China’s Green Standards).
• Communication: Ability to navigate cultural nuances in relationship-building and trust development with Chinese clients and proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong asset.
• Sales: Strong negotiation skills to secure deals with manufacturers, distributors, and end-users and ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals. Confidence in negotiating with distributors, manufacturers, and procurement managers in China.
• Technical Understanding: Ability to interpret technical drawings, product specifications, and application requirements, and confidence in discussing materials, additives, sustainability, and usage with technical buyers.
• Customer Relationship: Skilled in building long-term relationships with clients and effective use of CRM systems for pipeline and account management.
• System: Proficient in CRM tools and Excel-based reporting. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SCM) for order and inventory tracking.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to customer. Experience participating in trade fairs.
PREFERRED SKILLS / SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
• Language:
English (fluent/professional proficiency)
Mandarin Chinese (conversational or fluent) preferred or experience working with Mandarin-speaking teams/customers.
• Experience:
- 5+ years in industrial or sales.
- 2+ years dealing directly with Chinese customers or operating in Asian markets.
Preferably from the plastic resins, injection molding, or packaging sectors.

Allowance : 12 months salary + Fixed Bonus 1 month salary + MBO incentive
