Chi Tiết Công Việc

Support in receiving, responding to, and following up on client inquiries and requests.
Assist the team throughout the client consulting and relationship management process.
Learn and understand clients’ business challenges to help propose suitable marketing solutions.
Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentation materials for client pitching.
Track client communications and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client servicing.
Assist in preparing contracts, documentation, and related administrative procedures after project confirmation.
Participate in online and offline client meetings alongside the Business Development team when required.
Build positive relationships with clients while continuously developing consulting and business acumen in the Marketing industry.

From 6 months of experience in client-facing roles such as Sales, Business Development, Consultant, Account Management, Partnership, or related positions.
Basic understanding of B2B Sales and a strong interest in Digital Marketing.
Good English communication and reading skills are a plus.
Ambitious, proactive, and eager to take on challenges with a strong desire to learn and grow.
