Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership & Management:
• Lead, mentor, train, and motivate a team of Field Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance sales culture within the team.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales objectives within the assigned territory.
• Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective route planning, customer coverage, and merchandising standards.
• Participate in joint field visits with sales representatives to observe, coach, and support sales activities.
Market & Customer Development:
• Identify new business opportunities and potential growth areas within the market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer feedback, reporting insights to management.
• Ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns at the ground level.
Reporting & Administration:
• Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales processes.
• Manage sales team expenses and resources efficiently.
Experience:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably within FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), consumer electronics, or a related industry.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
* Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.
* Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Mobility:
* Ability to travel frequently within Vietnam (and potentially regionally) as required for field visits and meetings.
* Valid driver’s license (motorbike/car depending on requirements).
Language:
* Fluent in Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
* Good command of English (both written and spoken) is a significant advantage.
