Replenishment Coordinator

A Replenishment Coordinator is responsible for forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and creating accurate forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns. This role ensures the availability of the right products at the right time across distribution centers and retail stores by collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Commercial, Buyer, Merchandise.

1. Forecasting:

• Develop accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales patterns..

2. Collaboration:

• Work closely with stores, departments like Marketing, Commercial, Buyer, Merchandise and suppliers to align demand forecasts with business goals.

3. Inventory Optimization:

• Balance inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess inventory costs..

4. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks (seasonal fluctuations, product launches, etc.) and propose mitigation strategies.

5. Performance Metrics:

• Track KPI and maintain relevant metrics to assess performance.
• Analyze data to identify areas for enhancement.

6. Communication:

• Clearly communicate demand plans to stakeholders, including internal and external teams.

• Proven track record in demand planning or related roles.
• Proficient in using statistical tools and software for forecasting.
• Understand retail dynamics, market trends, and consumer behavior.
• Very good at critical thinking skill, problem solving skill.
• Adaptability:Retail environments can be dynamic; you must adjust to changing conditions.
• Communication skills: Effective English written and verbal communication.

2. Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience: Typically in Business, Supply chain management, Statistics, or a related field...
• 3+ years of strong experience in demand planning or supply planning, with retail experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Performance tools (PowerBI..) is a plus.
