Post job openings on the Resort’s official recruitment channels, job boards, social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook, and hospitality community groups.
Track, compile, and conduct initial screening of incoming CVs based on recruitment criteria for different departments.
Prepare interview rooms and welcome candidates attending in-person interviews at the Resort.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
Assist with new hire onboarding procedures.
Provide logistical support for recruitment events and job fairs.
Support internal employee engagement activities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Recruitment team.

Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Passionate about Recruitment and Human Resources.
Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media and recruitment platforms.
Previous experience in recruitment or HR activities is an advantage.
