Receptionist (Korean/ Chinese Speaking)

Perform guest check-ins and check-out efficiently and in a professional manner, having a thorough knowledge of the check-in and check-out processes and all registration requirements (guest’s information, email, preference…)

Take every opportunity to upsell guest room effectively daily to meet the monthly goal as well as maximise thr revenue by promoting resort’s services (e.g restaurant bookings, limousine services, tours etc...)

Practise gracious hospitality and promote goodwill by being friendly, courteous and helpful to guests, managers and fellow associates at all times.

Be disciplined at all times, stand alert and tall at the front desk, greet guests immediately and offer prompt assistance before being asked. Focus your total attention to the customers.

Work in flexible hours on a shift basis, including night shift, in accordance with the departmental schedule.

Adhere to the resort credit policies and cash handling procedures.

Have deep knowledge of room types and locations within the hotel.

Complete all the duties on the reception/cashier checklists.

Report any unusual occurrences and/or requests to Duty Manager/ Assistant? Front Office Manager.

Handle any guest problems or complaints in a professional and hospitable manner.

Hand over any relevant information with concerned departments and associates.

Actively participate in special guest programs such as Repeat Guest History, Guest Experience Surveys and Guest Responses.

Being able to perform as Guest Service Officer in escorting guests to his/her assigned room before doing room feature for guests in their rooms.

Perform as lobby greeters to welcome guests at the hotel’s main entrance, guides and offer assistance for guest’s direction to where guests might want to come.

The position is open for Vietnamese only.

Bachelor's degree in Korean/ Chinese language/ Hospitality Management.

1 year of experience in the same position in Luxury resort and urban city.

Pre-opening experience is preferable.

Good Korean/ Chinese/ English communication skills, both in written and oral.
