R&D Staff ( Quang Minh, Hanoi) - 26111

1. Daily Responsibilities (accounting for 60%–80% of the total working time)
- Produce samples and evaluate products using machines and through actual bicycle testing.
- Manage and issue production standards.
- Manage technical change points and related changes.
- Produce samples according to customer requirements.
- Regularly update the progress of sample production.
- Improve production standards to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Conduct testing of product designs and standards according to customer requirements.
- Inspect molds when new molds, new drums, or new machines are introduced, and carry out sample production.
- Conduct 4M inspections for all bicycle tire production processes, including Material, Machine, Method, and Man.
- Control compliance with technical standards throughout all bicycle tire production processes.
- Conduct inspections whenever there are 4M changes in any bicycle tire production process.


2. Other Responsibilities (accounting for 20%–40% of the total working time)
- Research and develop new products in accordance with the company's OEM policy or market demand.
- Tire design, including tire mold/form design.
- Design tire structures.

- Graduated from university in related engineering majors such as mechanical design, material technology, etc.
- English: Intermediate level.
- Having at least 1 year of experience as R& staff or Design engineer.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD both 2D and 3D.
- Having knowledge of tires or bicycle components.
