- Responsible as RD manager.

- Manage and organize the work of the research department
- Responsible for research and development of products (SURIMI, FISH BALL,..) in the food field that the company is providing.
- Test raw materials, additives…
- Analyze and evaluate products based on factors: features, techniques, price, etc. compared to the market.
- Contribute comments and suggestions to improve products according to customer needs.
- Other tasks as assigned from director. (More detailed work will be discussed in the interview)

＜MUST＞
- Graduated from College or higher with major in in Food Technology or Aquatic Product Processing.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in R&D Manager position.
- Communication in English (Intermediate Level)
