- Maintenanceofsafeoperatingproceduresthroughcompleteknowledgeofsafetyrulesandlabprocedures.
- Knowledge well on SB NC, PU technology in wood Furniture coating.
- Dependable formulation, modification, cost-out product and RM substitution based on requirement.
- Comprehension onprocessesofproductdevelopmentprocessing,research,testingbywhichresultsare produced. Learns to produce dependable data and pursue quality in products/ processes.
- Learnsproblem-solving/decisionmakingskills.
- Learnstomanageownworkthroughplanningexecution,analysisanddocumentationofresults.
- Timelyandaccurateexecutionofproducttestingonproductionmaterial.
- SupportallACbusinessbytimelyandaccurateexecutionofproductformulationsandtesting.
- Resolutionofproblemsrelatingtoproductsandprocessedaccomplishedinatimelymanner.
- Establishingandmaintainingeffectiverelationshipswiththoseinlineofwork.
- Beinstrumentalincostsavingprojectswithoutlosingthequalityoftheendproduct.
- Workingwithrawmaterialsuppliers &purchasingteamfortheevaluationofnewrawmaterialsforcostsaving and / OR product quality improvement purposes.
- PrimaryunderstandingofusageofUVapplicationequipment, completely knowtestingequipment, test method,andotherrelatedaccessories to Furniture coating.
- Responsibleforthelifeofthemachinesusedatwork,byproperhandling&maintenancesofthemachines.
- Responsiblefor5S–Housekeepingrelatedatworkarea.
- Shouldbeabletoadapttothechangesintheorganization.
- OthertasksassignedbySupervisor.
- Team work.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- University graduation in chemistry/ Polymer engineering/ Organic chemistry.
- Good communication in English or Chinese.
- At least 03 years work experience in Chemist
