Purchasing Staff

- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials, spare parts, equipment, and technical services.

- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate identification of required items.

- Collaborate closely with Technical, Maintenance, and Production departments to capture procurement needs.

- Negotiate prices, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and after-sales services.

- Track order status and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or payment.

- Maintain procurement records and documentation in compliance with ISO / ERP / SAP procedures.

- Recommend cost-saving initiatives, quality improvements, and risk mitigation measures in purchasing activities.

- Bachelor’s/College degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical – Electronics, Automation, or Business Administration with technical knowledge.

- At least 1–2 years of experience in technical/equipment purchasing.

-Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings, catalogues, and specifications.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/SAP is an advantage.

- Good command of English for reading technical documents (speaking ability is a plus).
