1. Procurement process management:
- Coordinate and oversee the entire procurement process, from sourcing suppliers, evaluating, and negotiating contracts to inspection and receiving goods.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other contractual terms with suppliers.

2. Building and developing supplier relationships:
- Identify, establish, and maintain long-term partnerships with both domestic and international suppliers.

3. Analysis and reporting:
- Provide recommendations to improve processes and enhance work efficiency.

4. Budget management and cost control:
- Ensure procurement activities are conducted within budget and achieve the highest efficiency.
- Analyze costs and propose strategies to optimize procurement expenses

- Graduated from college or higher
- Have around 3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing
- Experience in managing a team of at least 3 members
- Japanese N3 or English Intermediate level
- Good communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Have knowledge of the market, supply chain, and supplier management
