In your role, you are responsible to grow market share and brand preference for InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort. This position provides functional expertise, branding, strategy and analysis to on-property Marketing, Communications and Digital Colleagues across paid, IHG owned and earned channels in the MarCom space.
Driving and executing the Marketing section of the Business Plan; the role is responsible for the development, implementation and performance of the overall marketing strategy, creation of marketing assets, distribution channel strategy, aligned to the hotel stay brand, loyalty brand in order to achieve book direct revenue, market share growth and brand preference
