Are you an experienced Project Manager (Japanese N2+) with a strong background in IT and software delivery for the Japanese market? We are looking for a proactive leader who can manage complex projects, drive high-quality outcomes, and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and Japanese clients.
- End-to-End Project Management: Lead opportunity analysis, pre-studies, implementations, and upgrades for new and existing customers.
- Delivery Excellence: Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful execution.
- Risk & Change Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies while handling project changes effectively.
- Process Optimization: Contribute to standardizing methodologies, tools, and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including Japanese clients and steering committees.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and support a team of 15–50 members, ensuring their professional growth and high-level delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Japanese: N2 Intermediate level or above( must be able to negotiate and communicate directly with Japanese clients).
- At least 10 years in IT project management for the Japanese market.
- Experience managing teams of 15–50 members.
- Successfully led complex IT projects for Japanese clients.
- Project management expertise in budgeting, estimation, risk & quality management, and resource planning.
- Proficiency in Waterfall & Scrum methodologies.
- Strong ability to manage client expectations, conduct presentations, and build solid relationships.
