Assist in preparing and consolidating monthly sales forecasts and supply plans for submission to HQ.
Generate purchase order proposals based on sales trends, stock levels, and promotional plans.
Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and coordinate import logistics with POPMART HQ.
Prepare internal reports and Excel dashboards to track supply chain KPIs (turnover, inventory health, stock coverage).
Communicate with internal departments (Retail, Finance, VM, Marketing) to align supply plans with activities.
Liaise with POPMART HQ teams using professional English and Chinese (written and verbal).
Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Excel Copilot, Notion AI) to improve efficiency in report preparation and forecasting models.
Support cost analysis and purchasing review for high-performing SKUs and new launches.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formula logic, dynamic dashboards).
Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and verbal).
Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or retail operations.
Good understanding of forecasting, PO processing, and shipment flow.
Basic knowledge in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Excel AI) to increase work productivity.
Strong attention to detail, with ability to manage timelines and multi-task under deadlines.

Monthly gross salary range: VND 16–18 million (negotiable based on experience).
