• Provide administrative support, including data entry and report preparation.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Assist project controller on preparation of supporting document & invoicing
• Assist project managers in tracking project activities. Ensure all project activities comply with organizational policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication both English and Vietnamese and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
