Production Planner

Responsible for assisting in the planning, production, inventory control, and scheduling of finished good/materials to meet production demands. This position works closely with various departments to ensure efficient and timely production processes​.​

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:​

Finished Good Scheduling:​

Collaboration with Production Team to plan/build the effective running model/ production schedule.​

Analysis production data to identify areas for target improvement: output reliability, %GE, %OEE, Practical output of production line.​

Tracking and driving output performance with Production Team.​

Participate in cross-functional meetings (Supply planning, Engineer, Project Team) to discuss/align production planning and scheduling.​

Assist in the development of production forecasts and capacity planning.​

Implement and maintain production planning systems (SAP ECC/SAP APO/SAP HANA).​

Lead overall for total categories of Plant for scheduling/central reports.​

Experience in Manufacturing environment and Kaizen/Lean 6Sigma implementation.​

Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs ​

Raw Pack material planning:​

Experience in MRP (SAP ECC)​

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials​

Collaborate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of materials​

Communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials​

University degree​

At least 4-5years Experience in planning (finished good and raw pack material).​

Good knowledge in supply chain and production management (End to End planning).​

Skills in planning tool and ERP/MRP system (SAP APO/SAP ECC is referable).​

Fluency in English​

Proficiency in MS Office/Power BI, Power Query. Proficiency in VBA are a plus​
