Product Manager Assistant

• Assist the Product Manager in developing product roadmaps for each category based on consumer trends, technology trends, and industry chain developments to support the company’s business growth.

• Support the implementation of category strategies, help analyze competitors and plan product layouts, and work collaboratively to achieve annual sales and profit goals.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and demand analysis to assist in drafting detailed product definitions and requirement documents.

• Organize and refine product selling points based on product definitions and competitive research, and help prepare communication materials and training support for these selling points.

• Track product launches and sales performance, assist in analyzing anomalies, and participate in full product lifecycle management.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; outstanding university students may also be considered.

• Experience: Candidates with 1–3 years of work experience are preferred.

• Preference: Female applicants are prefer.

• Industry background: Experience in the home-improvement hardware industry or with the Amazon platform is a plus.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common product management tools (such as Excel and PowerPoint) is preferred.

• Language skills: Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Strong resilience and sense of responsibility, able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Diligent, reliable, and execution-oriented, with a willingness to take on challenging tasks.
