Develop and execute comprehensive collaboration strategies with key strategic suppliers, including growth planning, product portfolio management, and partnership optimization
Analyze each supplier’s strengths and weaknesses to propose tailored strategies that maximize competitive advantage
Establish performance evaluation criteria and regularly organize or participate in Business Reviews or meetings to maintain quality and effectiveness

Work directly with internal departments (Sales, Engineering, etc.) to ensure supplier objectives are aligned with the company’s goals
Support negotiation of commercial terms, pricing, and financial agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

Proactively identify business opportunities leveraging suppliers’ unique capabilities (e.g., exclusive products, new technologies) to contribute to the company’s business development strategy.

Participate in both online and offline marketing activities related to distributed products and supplier brands to enhance supplier image and market visibility.

University degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Electronics or related fields
Experience in Technical Sales, Product Management, or Supplier Management within the electronics industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Solid knowledge of the Electronics, Telecommunications, and Electronic Components sectors
Strong understanding of company products/services, customer applications, key manufacturers and their products, and competitor landscape
Strong planning, execution, and project tracking skills
Problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a keen business sense
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in team settings
Proficient in data analysis, performance evaluation, and strategic decision-making
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade high-level stakeholders
A good listener with strong collaboration and commitment skills
